Return Process

  Log into your Unboxify account, navigate to your order history, and select the 'Return Item' button to submit your request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables that were included in the box.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
